The Faculty of Educational Sciences & Literature is dedicated to developing the knowledge, skills and professional capabilities required to educate, lead and support people in a rapidly changing world.

The faculty offers a diverse academic portfolio spanning Educational Sciences, Early Childhood Education, Khmer Literature, Psychology and Counselling, Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, International Business, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism, and Sports Management and Administration.

Education and human development are at the heart of the faculty’s work. Students are encouraged to develop strong communication, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills while gaining an understanding of how people, organisations and communities learn, develop and prosper.

The faculty also provides pathways into business and management, preparing graduates for careers in areas such as administration, human resource management, international business, marketing, tourism and hospitality. Its programmes recognise the importance of combining academic knowledge with practical skills and an understanding of the social and cultural environment in which organisations operate.
