What is the PSBU Governance?
The PSBU Governance is an institutional oversight and advisory body that supports responsible, transparent, accountable and effective university governance. It helps ensure that key institutional decisions, policies, strategic priorities and oversight processes are considered systematically and are aligned with the University’s mission, academic standards, legal obligations and long-term development goals.
The Committee provides a structured forum for reviewing governance matters, monitoring institutional performance, strengthening accountability, clarifying decision-making responsibilities, and ensuring that significant issues are escalated to the appropriate university authority. It complements not replaces the formal authority of the University’s governing bodies and executive management.
Purpose of the Governance

Meeting and Decision-Making Process
